Dr. David Tough, associate professor of audio engineering technology, recently won a Covenant Award from the Gospel Music Association of Canada for producing and engineering the Aboriginal Song of the Year, “Rise Again.” The composition features artist Treneta Bowden and was written by Bowden and Sean Spicer. The fiddle on the recording was performed by Belmont adjunct instructor Billy Contreras.
